Project Administrator
Support the IT Project Executive, Project Managers and Project Team;
Assist in the preparation of formal Project Work Plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, compliance charts, and related Project documentation;
Maintain and update relevant Project information and documentation in manual and/or electronic files, and maintain Project application/system libraries. Project information may include such things as project activity schedules, status reports,
correspondence, Project Schedule, Master Schedule and Work Plans, and other related information. As required, Project information shall be maintained an updated in MS Project;
Track Project change requests;
Communicate with Project Team members on administrative matters related to the Project;
Assist in maintaining project and system libraries
Coordinate and prepare documentation in response to scheduled and unscheduled reports, returns and observations to update management on Project progress; and
Other related Project Administration Services.
Minimum Requirements:
The Project Administrator shall possess a minimum of twelve (12) months of demonstrated experience, within the last thirty-six (36) months, directly providing Project Administration Services; and knowledge and experience of methods and tools of the project management and abilities for organization and communication.
