Carl Drodge
Carl Drodge is a Partner with BMB Data and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology field. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business and over his career he has successfully utilized his technical and business knowledge to deliver practical business solutions. Carl was responsible for developing the global data warehousing and business intelligence service line while he was a Partner with Deloitte Consulting and he is considered by many of his clients and collogues as an expert in enterprise information delivery.
Carl also worked at Mitel Networks as the Chief Information Officer and he helped the organization to consolidate it global information technology operations and identified areas for optimization and service improvement. During his time with Mitlel, Carl was invited to sit on the Conference Board of Canada's CIO Council as a representative for the high tech industry.
Carl is continually looking for ways to better serve and enable clients. He has developed several leading edge frameworks (i.e. PMO2TM, eXremeBITM) that are used to help his clients and the project delivery teams to quickly gain a perspective on the components and approach for delivering the required solutions.
